Your job:

We're on the lookout for an International Trader to spearhead our Scandinavian market expansion. If you're ambitious, driven and passionate about creating business opportunities and -relationships, this role is perfect for you. As a Business Developer at our strongest division you need to be entrepreneurial, highly commercial and determinate to find the best deal. You thrive at exploring the unknown and are a fast-learner. On a daily base you’ll be identifying potential trade-opportunities, interacting with international clients, optimizing strategies and negotiate deals, pricing and payment terms with partners and clients. Continually looking for new opportunities and continuously improving previous activities is of high importance in this role. Your responsibility is all about identifying and building long-term partnerships with suppliers and customers.

You will work closely with your colleagues, sharing insights and discussing the latest developments in purchasing and sales processes. Given that buying and selling prices are influenced by international market dynamics, you'll keep a vigilant eye on market trends. You will be the link within supply and demand and with your extensive negotiation skills you will develop opportunities concerning worldwide known brands as L’Oreal, Kerastase, Wella, Gucci, Armani, Dior, and over 100 other global brands. Additionally, you'll represent our company at various international business fairs.​

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

We value commercial acumen, likability, reliability, and discretion. Long-term relationships with suppliers and customers are at the heart of our business. We're seeking a creative, outgoing team player with the following skills:

• Level: minimum bachelors degree.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial, sales-oriented and international role. Experience in trade/business development of wholesale in FMCG is a big plus.
  
• Understanding of the Scandinavian business culture.
  
• A great communicator with analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with passion for negotiation and effective international interactions.
  
• Thrives under targets and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to work efficiently across different time zones.
  
• Availability to travel for business purposes
  
• ​Proficiency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages are mandatory.
