Your job:

As a Trade Support Officer, you will be the operational backbone for our commercial team. You support our traders and account managers by ensuring the administrative and logistical processes run smoothly. This is a varied and hands-on position where precision, flexibility, and communication are key.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Entering and managing sales and purchase orders in our systems
  

• Creating and updating articles and product information in our internal database
  

• Booking and coordinating transport shipments with international carriers
  

• Monitoring and following up on logistics processes to ensure timely delivery
  

• Supporting the commercial team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
  

• Liaising with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners when needed
  
  

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for students who are willing to put in the effort, be part of a great team, think on their feet, and learn from an outstanding Sr Trade Support officer.

• Level: minimum MBO level in the field of commerce or logistics
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  
• Thrives under a dynamic working environment.
  
• A team player who functions well within a team-oriented environment.
  
• Languages: English required, Dutch is a plus.
